EPA’s top auto regulator to head climate office

Chris Grundler, the head of the EPA’s transportation office who oversaw the rollout of some of the agency’s most important rules, including greenhouse gas standards for light-duty vehicles, as well as probes of Volkswagen Group and Fiat Chrysler diesel emissions, is switching roles with Sarah Dunham.
